Delete your Skinchii account

You can delete your Skinchii account and its data at any time, from the app or — if you can't sign in anymore — by sending us a request. This page applies to the Skinchii app by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME].

Before you delete:

  • Cancel any Premium subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled when you delete your account — see how to cancel.
  • Download a copy of your data if you want to keep it: Me → Settings → Your data → export.
  • Deletion is permanent. We can't restore a deleted account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Skinchii and go to Me → Settings → Your data (also available under Settings → Account).
  2. Tap Delete account and read the summary of what will be removed.
  3. For your security, confirm with your password (or sign in again with Google) if you haven't signed in recently.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted and you are signed out on this device.

If the deletion can't be completed straight away (for example because our servers are unreachable), your request is saved and processed automatically within [DELETION PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 24 hours]. While a request is still waiting you can cancel it from Me → Settings → Your data.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address of your Skinchii account with the subject “Delete my Skinchii account”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account; we will never ask for your password. We complete verified requests within [DELETION RESPONSE TIME] and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication), including your email address and password credentials.
  • Your profile and preferences (display name, skin type and concerns, time zone, theme and settings).
  • Products, product photos, tags, custom categories and usage history.
  • Routines, steps, routine sessions, streaks and reminders.
  • Journal entries, progress photos and goals.
  • Wishlist items and their photos, and saved articles.
  • Notification settings, device push tokens and your notification history.
  • Support requests and messages.
  • Your subscription record in Skinchii and your customer record at our subscription provider RevenueCat.

What we keep, and why

Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their privacy policies. Data cached on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
